Shipping & Delivery

Your package is shipped from Hamburg, Germany.
All orders are processed, packed and shipped within 1-4 working days.
Please be patient with me, as I am a small business owner and am not able to ship every day.

Sometimes I am not in my studio for short periods of time, in these cases I always indicate a date on the header of
www.airee-studio.com and on my Instagram account from which I will be able to ship again.

Shipping Germany

You can choose between DHL and Hermes, both with insured shipping and a tracking number.
The shipping costs are flat rate 5,99 €.

Shipping EU

Shipping to the EU is possible via DHL with insured shipping and a tracking number.
The shipping costs are flat rate 14,99 €.

Due to Brexit and the associated regulations with customs duties, I am currently not offering shipping to the UK.
However, this could change in the future and I may offer shipping at some point.
